Celebration at the Doctor's Office

I had my yearly check-up with one of my doctors today.  Guess what?  I weighed twenty pounds less than 14 months ago!  Woo hoo!

I'm very excited to have stuck with the food journaling, started back to walking a couple of times a week, and lowering my sugar intake.

Getting healthier!
